There’s a great post on Zen Habits today about staying active during a 9-5 work schedule. I know that I’ve struggled with finding time to exercise and stay active during my work week…especially with a two-hour (one hour each way) commute. Lately, I’ve been walking at lunch. It has improved my energy level and attitude greatly and I’ve noticed my legs and mid-section getting firmer. BONUS!! This infographic says it all…kind of scary!
